Privacy Policy

Information Entered by the User

The application allows users to voluntarily enter profile and booking information, including:

• Full name, email address and phone number
• City, and home or delivery address
• Optional profile image URL
• Selected vehicle, booking date and time
• Delivery information, booking preferences and booking status

This information is used only to provide the application's profile, vehicle-booking, home-delivery, and booking-management features.

Local Data Storage

SINO Motors stores profile details, favourite vehicles, selected vehicle information, addresses, booking records, delivery details, and booking statuses locally on the user's device using Android SharedPreferences.

Private-mode preferences are accessible only to the application that created them under normal device operation.

Locally stored information may include profile information, saved address, favourite and selected vehicle IDs, multiple booking records, booking number, date and time, delivery and payment method, current status, and read/unread notification state. None of this is uploaded to a SINO Motors account server in the current version.

No Account Registration

SINO Motors does not currently require users to create an online account, sign in with an email or password, verify a phone number, connect a social media account, or upload identity documents.

Profile information entered in the application is used as local app information and does not create an online SINO Motors account.

Vehicle Bookings

Users can select vehicles, store an address, choose a date and time, and confirm a booking using Cash on Delivery. Confirmed booking information is stored locally and may be displayed in the My Bookings section, including the vehicle name and identifier, booking identifier, date and time, delivery address, amount, delivery and payment method, and current status.

Users should not interpret a locally displayed booking as proof of a completed legal rental agreement unless separately confirmed by SINO Rawalpindi Motors.

Payment Information

SINO Motors does not currently collect or process debit or credit card numbers, CVV codes, bank account information, mobile-wallet credentials, or online payment passwords.

The application uses Cash on Delivery as the displayed booking method. No online card payment is processed inside the current version.

Address and Location Information

The application allows users to manually enter and store a delivery address. SINO Motors does not currently request access to the device's GPS or precise location permission.

The manually entered address is stored locally and used to display delivery information during the booking process. Google Play treats device location as sensitive user data when accessed through location permissions — the current application does not use those permissions.

Internet Access and External Images

SINO Motors uses internet access to load certain vehicle images, profile images, and automotive brand logos from external image-hosting websites. When the application requests an image, the external host may automatically receive technical request information such as IP address, device or browser details, date and time, and the requested image URL.

These external services operate under their own privacy practices. Users should avoid entering sensitive or private image URLs in the optional profile image field.

Favourites

Users can save vehicles to a local Favourites section. These selections are stored on the device and used only to display the user's preferred vehicles inside the application.

Notifications

The application may display booking updates, reminders, offers, system messages, and other informational notifications. The current version does not require an online push-notification account, and read/unread status may be stored locally on the device.

Contacting Support

Users can contact SINO Motors through the Contact Us section at dev@sinorawalpindimotors.online. When a user sends an email, the information is handled by the user's email provider, the receiving email service, and SINO Rawalpindi Motors.

Users should not include passwords, card details, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information in support emails.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

The current version does not intentionally collect passwords, government identity numbers, passport information, driving licence documents, banking credentials, card-payment information, precise GPS location, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, microphone or camera recordings, health information, or biometric information.

Previously considered licence, passport, and contract sections are not part of the current application flow.

Advertising and Analytics

The current version does not intentionally include third-party advertisements, advertising identifiers, behavioural advertising, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, user-tracking SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Should analytics, advertisements, crash-reporting tools, cloud databases, or other third-party SDKs be added in a future release, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated accordingly.

Data Sharing

SINO Motors does not currently sell or rent personal information to advertisers or data brokers, and locally stored profile and booking information is not intentionally shared with third parties.

Information may leave the device only when the user intentionally sends a support email, loads an externally hosted image, or opens another application through an Android intent.

Data Retention

Profile, favourite, notification, and booking information remains stored locally until the user edits or replaces it, the application clears the relevant record, the user clears the application's storage, or the application is uninstalled.

The application may retain a limited number of local booking records for display in the My Bookings section.

Deleting Stored Information

Because SINO Motors does not currently provide online accounts, there is no server-side account to delete. Users can remove locally stored information via Settings → Apps → SINO Motors → Storage → Clear Data or Clear Storage.

Uninstalling the application also removes normal app-specific local data from the device.

Data Security

SINO Motors uses standard Android application storage mechanisms for local information. However, no storage system or electronic device can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect their devices with an appropriate PIN, password, fingerprint, or other screen-lock method, and avoid storing highly sensitive information inside profile or address fields.

Children's Privacy

SINO Motors is intended for general vehicle-browsing and booking use and is not specifically directed toward children under 13. The application does not knowingly request personal information from children.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has entered personal information should contact us so appropriate guidance can be provided.

Third-Party Applications and Services

SINO Motors may open or interact with third-party applications, including email applications, web browsers, and external image-hosting services. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

SINO Rawalpindi Motors is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or content of independent third-party services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when new application features are introduced, data-storage practices change, third-party services are added, legal or Google Play requirements change, or contact information changes.

Any updated version will include a revised effective date and should be made available inside the application and on the application's Google Play listing.
